Popped in as my car was faulty, diagnosed and fixed within 2 days, the only place in Northampton that could have even sort it out that quickly! And even got it dropped back to my house once done. My car has been to Castle Vehicle Servicing three times now for different things and each time they have provided an excellent service. I’ve had the wet belt changed, a fault with my boot sorted under warranty (they dealt with the warranty company) and most recently my brake pads changed, which I had been told would be complicated due to another fault that also needed fixing, but Castle found that not to be the case and saved me money. Today they fitted my car in and solved my brake pad issue on the day.

Fantastic service from start to finish. They replaced the clutch on my son’s Hyundai and arranged to collect the car very quickly after it broke down. Communication throughout was excellent, keeping us informed and making the whole process really straightforward.

I've dealt with CVS numerous times as they look after my workplace vehicles. This week my personal car's engine light came on, 3 days before i was due for a 5 hour drive and these guys were the first people I contacted. From the minute you first make contact, you are welcomed. Most of my contact was via Lauren who is lovely, however all the main reception will give you the time of day and the communication both internally and externally is amazing. I called them in a bit of a frantic state due to my upcoming drive and they managed to get my chevrolet in, investigate, and repair the fault the next day, now she drives so much better and the cost didnt hurt the bank too badly .
